Personnel practitioners or line managers responsible for employment law issues within their organisation. No prior knowledge of employment law is
required.

This 1-day course gives participants the knowledge and skills to assist in reducing absence and tackling poor performance in the workplace, including formal actions such as disciplinary procedures.
