The CIPD Foundation Level Award in Supporting Change in Organisations qualification programme covers the main factors that need to be considered in the change process and why organisations need to change.

The CIPD Foundation Level Award in Supporting Change in Organisations is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is equivalent to QCF level 3.
