The CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Practice (CHRP) programme provides a firm foundation in all areas of HR, helping you to develop essential HR skills and giving you the confidence to be more effective at work by adding real value to your HR function

Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll be awarded the CIPD Foundation Level Certificate in HR Practice. The qualification is accredited by the CIPD and is equivalent to QCF Level 3.

The CHRP replaces the highly regarded CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) and is ideal for practitioners looking to acquire a means of professional recognition in the field of HR.

There are two options available for you to complete this qualification:

Fast-track programme - particularly suitable for professionals who already have a certain level of experience in this area and wish to gain the qualification in a shorter time frame. The fast-track programme is delivered by CIPD Training, the CIPD's specialist learning provider. The information on these web pages specifically covers the fast-track programme.
