
Where is my course located?
All venues are held in easily accessible locations within the city centre or near major transportation links. Maps are always provided for your convenience.
How will I know where to go and what to do?
You will receive your information pack approximately four weeks prior to the course start date. This will include the full venue details with dates, times and maps and a FAQ sheet that may answer any further questions you may have.
Is lunch provided?
Yes, a menu is provided for you to select your two preferred courses. Special dietary requirements are catered for, and instructions on how to pre-order are outlined in your information pack.
Are there breaks throughout the day?
Throughout your course a morning, lunch and afternoon tea break are provided. Refreshments are available all day but generally delegates take a 15 minute break in the morning and afternoon and one hour for lunch.
Can I be contacted during the day if necessary?
Yes, a receptionist is available to take any urgent calls or messages for you.
Where can I stay overnight?
For all residential courses, accommodation will be provided onsite at the hotel and is included in the fees. If you are attending a non-residential course our customer service team can provide you with details of our booking agent who can find you accommodation to suit your budget and your needs.
Can my colleagues and I do this course in-house?
Yes. In-company training has been designed to help organisations meet their specific training requirements. All CIPD courses are available for onsite training at your organisation and can be tailored and delivered for all levels.
