Line managers are increasingly called upon to handle people management issues. If organisations are to manage risk and create opportunities they must ensure that line managers have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver good people management and development.
This 2-day workshop has been designed to enable line managers who are not HR specialists, but who undertake people management responsibilities, to develop an overview of the legislative framework affecting the management of people across a variety of contexts such as recruitment and selection, performance appraisal and learning and development.
