This workshop will benefit everyone who is involved in project working. It is designed to provide a broad introduction, and to prepare participants for the optional 1-hour multiple-choice examination. No prior knowledge is assumed.

The importance of project management in the workplace is growing. Employers in all sectors and industries are looking for good project management skills to speed up innovation and effectively manage change.

At the end of this course you have the option to sit a 1-hour multiple-choice exam leading to the Introductory Certificate in Project Management, which is accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM).

Please note you will need to register for the certificate three weeks before the date of the course/exam.
