The course is designed for line managers who are responsible for their own work and the effective performance of others. It is also for specialist staff who have choices to make in carrying out their tasks.

We are continually being asked to achieve higher levels of performance under increasing time pressures. This course is designed to enable managers and staff to make more productive use of their time at work, while retaining quality time for themselves, their friends and family and their life outside work.

  • recognise your own personal willingness to accept and explore change
  • understand the importance of planning in the persuasion process
