About the module

Module overview
This course is designed to help managers to become fully effective in their roles. It is practical, relevant and developmental, including pre-course work, case studies, examples of management theories and practices, and personal development plans. ‘Management is about getting things done through the effective use of resources.’ This course helps you to achieve results and contribute effectively to your organisation.
