The goal of organisational development is to improve organisational health and functioning through researched theory and practice. As HR professionals migrate from transactional to transformational roles, OD becomes a resource providing theoretical underpinning and toolkits for practitioners. This programme enables delegates to travel high-speed from fundamental OD theories through to OD interventions.
