This Postgraduate Certificate provides a theoretical background, guidelines on best practice and skills development in organisational development processes, all from a psychological perspective . You will have a chance to assess your own OD skills and practise them during the course of the programme.

How long does it take to complete?
The Certificate takes twelve months to complete. You have a maximum of one year to complete the requirements of the programme.
How do I gain the certificate?
To be awarded the Postgraduate Certificate, students must:
- attend the six days of classroom training
- complete four assignments of 5,000 words each
- actively take part in the online discussions and group activities
- complete the self-assessment tool and a CPD journal
- complete five hours of telephone coaching with your personal coach.
