Retention of the best people, development aligned with organisational strategy and objectives, succession and talent planning are vital to survive and prosper whether in a downturn or recovery phase.
For the individual too, career management is an essential imperative to be employable, flexible, develop cutting edge skills and to fulfil potential over the longer term.
The Postgraduate Certificate in Talent and Career Management addresses the multi-faceted context of the demand for performance – more from less – and the need to balance this with the needs and desires for achievement and structure from individuals and groups in the workplace.
The programme will show how active talent and career management strategy and tools offers opportunities to improve performance of people and organisations, and sets out how this can be optimised against a background of rapid change.
