If you’re already involved in or looking to move into talent management and/or career management, this the Postgraduate Certificate in Talent and Career Management is for you. It’ll give you the tools to be able to effectively inform talent management strategy within an organisation, and work face-to-face with individuals to improve performance. The programme will show how active talent and career management strategy and tools offer opportunities to improve performance of people and organisations, and sets out how this can be optimised against a background of rapid change.
On completion of the programme, you’ll be awarded the Postgraduate Certificate in Talent and Career Management. The qualification is validated by the University of Surrey as 60 CATS points at Postgraduate level. Please note that completion of this qualification does not lead to CIPD membership.
