Fees and payment options
To make things as easy as possible for you or your organisation, you can now pay the full certificate fee up-front, or on a module-by-course module basis.
Upfront fees
CIPD members: £4,355 + VAT
Non-members: £4,840 + VAT
Module-by-module fees
CIPD members: £4,570 + VAT
Non-members: £5,080 + VAT
You will be invoiced for three modules on an individual basis.

CIPD members: £2,742 + VAT
Non-members: £3,048 + VAT
Workshop 2
CIPD members: £914 + VAT
Non-members: £1,016+ VAT
Workshop 3

Fees valid for bookings received before 31 December 2012.
Fees include:
- tuition on six face-to-face learning days
- course materials
- text books
- Talent Management and Succession Planning Toolkit
- support of a personal coach with five hours of structured coaching conversations throughout the programme
- access to Virtual Learning Environment which contains additional resources, reference lists, the EBSCO Online Journal Service and a discussion forum
- self-assessment tool
- assessment of assignments
- monitoring and external moderation of the Certificate.
Fees do not include travel or accommodation.
