The Postgraduate Certificate in Talent and Career Management uses a blended learning approach. It is made up of four modules with the first three comprising a two-day face-to-face workshop, self-study, telephone coaching, CPD journal entries, assignments, online discussions and other collaborative
activities between the workshops. The fourth module focuses on self-study, telephone coaching and your own CPD.

Students work together in their learning sets throughout the twelve month programme.

  • Pre-reading

  • Module 1

    • Workshop 1 (2 days)
    • Complete the self-assessments
    • Essential Reading
    • Take part in online discussions/activities
    • Write the first assignment
    • Complete a 1 hour and 15 minutes of personal telephone coaching and submit your assignment.

  • Module 2

    • Workshop 2 (2 days)
    • Essential Reading
    • Take part in online discussions/activities
    • Write the second assignment
    • Complete a 1 hour and 15 minutes of personal telephone coaching and submit your assignment.

  • Module 3

    • Workshop 3 (2 days)
    • Essential Reading
    • Take part in online discussions/activities
    • Write the third assignment
    • Complete 1 hour and 15 minutes of personal telephone coaching and submit your assignment

  • CPD module (no face to face days)

    • Essential reading
    • Write the fourth assignment
    • Complete 1 hour and 15 minutes of personal telephone coaching and submit your assignment.
