The Postgraduate Certificate in Talent and Career Management uses a blended learning approach. It is made up of four modules with the first three comprising a two-day face-to-face workshop, self-study, telephone coaching, CPD journal entries, assignments, online discussions and other collaborative
activities between the workshops. The fourth module focuses on self-study, telephone coaching and your own CPD.
Students work together in their learning sets throughout the twelve month programme.
