Within organisations more and more practitioners, including personnel managers, are being asked to act as ‘internal consultants’. At the same time, increasing numbers of individuals are deciding to leave corporate life and set up as ‘independent consultants’. Whether internal or external, employed or self-employed, operating successfully as a consultant requires a unique blend of practical and incisive skills. This course provides participants with those skills and the confidence to use them.
