CSR has rapidly emerged as an issue for managers. The UK’s most successful companies have adopted responsible business practices in the marketplace and the environment, as well as in the workplace and the wider community.

This 1-day course sets the scene, and will examine the facts and figures behind the adoption of CSR by business. The course is designed to provide practical guidance for managers to work out the priorities for their own organisations. The course will introduce the DTI’s CSR Academy competency framework as an ideal way to introduce concepts of responsibility to HR and other mainstream business operations.
