Supporting Organisational Change

The Supporting Organisational Change course is for you if you're new to, or looking to move into HR, or if you're operating in a role that supports change initiatives within an organisation.

This one-day course will provide you with an opportunity to explore the key mechanics of the change process in a supportive learning environment and offers a fantastic foundation on which to develop your knowledge.

Supporting Organisational Change can be completed as a standalone course, or as part of the CIPD Foundation Level Award in Supporting Change in Organisations qualification programme.

The Supporting Organisational Change course will enable you to recognise why organisations need to change and learn how to use tools to recognise key forces for change. You will examine the role of HR in supporting the process, identify the impact of change on individuals and develop strategies for dealing with differing responses to change. Finally, by understanding the seven Cs of positive change management you will learn to help your organisation survive and thrive during times of change.
