The Psychology of Training

Course overview:

Psychology plays a key role in the design and delivery of training and learning. And understanding the underpinning psychological theories and behavioural models can transform the effectiveness of any training delivery and strategy. This course enables participants to experience – through exercises, psychometric questionnaires and role-plays – the impact of a variety of approaches to bring about individual and team behavioural change. It equips them to evaluate when and how to use such approaches in the design and delivery of their learning events.
