This course is for personnel and development professionals who have three or more years’ interviewing experience and who are required to interview for senior management positions.

Course overview:

The shortage of talent and the increasing competition for the best people means recruiters can’t afford to risk losing excellent candidates because of less than effective recruitment procedures. The issue is particularly acute at senior level, where many traditional selection methods are inappropriate. And at this level the quality of the interview becomes crucial.

The course updates your skills and introduces new techniques including a practice interview with senior external candidates. You will receive feedback on your interviewing style and technique from fellow delegates, experienced tutors and the candidate.
