Senior HR professionals who are fully or to some extent involved in defining, shaping and implementing HR strategy and have a desire to develop leadership skills, tools and techniques underpinning cutting edge thinking in the HR arena.

The programme is flexible, designed in a modular format comprising a 3-day workshop, a networking evening event and a further 2-day workshop. Its design encourages an integrated approach, ensuring individual learning is maximised through a variety of interventions and skills development pre, during and post-programme.

The programme takes about 8 weeks to complete.
