The programme is flexible, designed in a modular format comprising a 3-day workshop and a 2-day workshop. Its design encourages an integrated approach, ensuring individual learning is maximised through a variety of interventions and skills development pre-, during and post-programme.
Pre-work - self-awareness and HR leadership
- leadership behavioural diagnosis of your responses to typical leadership scenarios
- self-completed diagnostic tools to determine preferred leadership style.
