Those required to conduct on/off the job training, on a full or part-time basis, in industry, commerce, private or public sectors. Newlyappointed professional trainers, can regard this as a foundation to progress to higher qualifications.

Course overview:

This programme will help you to develop a systematic and effective approach to learning and development. If you are new to training it will provide you with the basic skills and knowledge needed as a foundation on which you can later develop the specialist skills of identifying training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating quality learning and training interventions.
