- use of focus groups.
Day 3
Occupational and group issues continued
- practical experience of preparing for and participating in focus groups
Individual issues
- use of performance reviews
- assessment by self, 360-degree, joint
- employability, marketability, individual development
Planning to meet the training need
- ways of meeting the needs and constructing training plans
- gaining support and commitment to the plan
Action planning.
