Course tutors

Mr Keith Porter
BA (Hons) (London), PGCE, MSc (Leicester), Chartered FCIPD.

Keith Porter is a Principal Lecturer in Human Resource Management and course leader for the CIPD accredited MA in Personnel and Development at the University of Westminster (a CIPD Centre of Excellence). For a number of years, Keith worked as an independent HR consultant and trainer. He is also an accredited performance management consultant and has extensive experience of designing and delivering management development programmes, specialising in building leadership capacity and helping managers to develop into a coaching role.
