Mrs Teresa Williams

Teresa is an independent learning and development consultant. Specialist areas included trainer training, learning needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation skills as well as in specialist techniques such as repertory grid and facilitation skills.

Other areas of particular interest include personal development, communication and interpersonal skills, management development, managing projects and time management. Projects ranges from one-to-one coaching, small and large group facilitation and development, research and design work, developing and training co-trainers, consultancy work, assessment and moderation work and facilitating board level development.

Main sectors in which Teresa has completed in-company work include: financial services, engineering, electronics, computing, media, leisure, travel and hotels, food manufacturing, Civil service, local authority, education, gas, water, electricity, transportation; defence, voluntary / charity, health.
