The Essentials of Team Leadership has been designed for anyone who is about to embark on the challenging role of leading the work of a team or a group. It is also suitable for those with a little more experience who would like to refresh their learning. You may be a team leader, supervisor, coordinator or project champion. It is an ideal solution for anyone who requires a thorough foundation in team leadership skills.
How long does it take to complete?
You will have six months in which to attend the core and optional modules.
