What do I need to do to pass The Essentials of Team Leadership?
To pass The Essentials of Team Leadership you must:
- attend the 2-day course An Introduction to the Supervisor/Team Leader Role
- attend a further three training days (of your choice from the People Management section of our Training Directory)
- participate in facilitated online discussions
How long do I have to complete The Essentials of Team Leadership?
You will have six months in which to attend the core and optional modules.
