You start the programme by attending the 2-day core module, An Introduction to the Supervisor/ Team Leader Role.
Once you have attended An Introduction to the Supervisor/Team Leader Role, participants on the Essentials of Team Leadership can select from any of the course titles from the
Management and People Management portfolio (3 training days total). You can discuss your choice of courses with your personal coach.
You can either pay the full fee up-front or pay on a module-by-module basis. Up-front fees are displayed below.
Module-by-module fees
You will be invoiced for each module on an individual basis for the total fee of:
CIPD members: £1,950.00 + £341.25 VAT
Non-members: £2,050.00 + £358.75 VAT
Non-member price: £2050 + VAT
