The Essentials of Team Leadership comprises five face-to-face training days and the support of a personal coach. You will start the programme by attending a 2-day course – An Introduction to the Supervisor/Team Leader Role – and over the next six months will:

• attend a further three training days selected from the Management and People Management portfolio
• have access to a personal coach for up to 6 hours to support your individual development. Support is by phone and email
• have access to the Online Learner Support Site for 12 months
• participate in facilitated online discussions
• have access to People Management online (CIPD’s online magazine) for 3 months.

If you have a group of people who require training, this course is particularly suited to in-house delivery.
