The Essentials of Team Leadership comprises five face-to-face training days and the support of a personal coach. You will start the programme by attending a 2-day course – An Introduction to the Supervisor/Team Leader Role – and over the next six months will:
- attend a further three training days selected from the Management and People Management portfolio
- have access to a personal coach for up to 6 hours to support your individual development. Support is by phone and email
- have access to the Online Learner Support Site for 12 months
- participate in facilitated online discussions
- have access to People Management online (CIPD’s online magazine) for 3 months.
