The CIPD Advanced Level Award in Learning and Talent Development gives you in-depth technical knowledge and skills in learning and talent development to enable you to formulate and achieve objectives at organisational, group and individual levels.

The CIPD Advanced Level Award in Learning and Talent Development is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is equivalent to QCF level 7.
