Launching in March 2012
In March 2012 we're launching a new postgraduate level qualification focusing on employment relations, both national and international. The CIPD Advanced Award in Managing Employment Relations will give you the knowledge and skills to understand and evaluate the theories and perceptions associated with managing employment relations strategies and their outcomes on organisational climate, employees and management.
You’ll have a unique opportunity to apply the activities, knowledge and behavioural competencies required for managing employment relations in your organisation. The programme will also enable you to review the roles and functions of different stakeholders and the structures and processes required to manage the employment relationship effectively. You’ll assess the impact of contextual changes on practices and organisational performance, and gain insights into the creation and implementation of effective employment relations procedures and policies.
