The CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP) is a new qualification that replaces the previously available CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP).
The CHRP is a foundation level HR qualification, at an equivalent level to NVQ/SVQ level 3. Successful completion, in addition to relevant work-based experience, will enable you to apply for new Associate membership of the CIPD.
