New HR and L&D qualifications!
Two new foundation level qualifications are now available – the CIPD Certificate in HR Practice (which replaces the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice) and the CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice (replacing the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice).
These new qualifications are ideal for professionals wishing to acquire a wide range of relevant, practical skills, and who wish to further their career with a professional qualification.

CIPD Flexible Learning+
From Autumn 2010, the CIPD Certificate in HR Practice* and CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice* will be offered by CIPD Flexible Learning+ - the enhanced flexible learning programme from CIPD Enterprises exclusively delivered by MOL.
