The Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisation Development (OD) and Change is a unique programme that provides a theoretical background, guidelines on best practice, and skills development in organisational development processes, all from a psychological perspective.
The Certificate is designed for those who wish to increase their understanding of the process of organisational development and its underlying theories and practices. Those most likely to benefit include HR directors, learning and development specialists, internal/external consultants and anyone with responsibility for the OD function.
On completion of the programme, you’ll be awarded the Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change. The programme is accredited as 60 credits at postgraduate level. Please note that completion of this Certificate does not lead to CIPD membership.
