The purpose of this page is to be a 'landing page' or mini-home page for an area or section of the CIPD site
Unlike a 'normal' content page on the CIPD site, where most of the central column of the page is just one long placeholder to type text into, this page is has it's middle column split into three separate placeholders. This is the second of those placeholders.
