What advice would you give to maintain your passion for learning over time or to re-ignite you it if it has waned?

    Good point about children inherent sense of curiosity, not scared of doing new things, so often we forget there is the "why phase" in children, they are constantly asking why because they want to know and learn

    Couldn't agree more, make the changes, move outside of your comfort zone and see what could be executed differently. Different may just be the one thing that pushes further the engagement of the team and wider business. I love learning, formal, informal, creative and from various other networks and even countries sometimes. Our world is huge and so can the appetite for learning.
