Just posting to see if anyone has implemented a Workforce Strategy/Strategy regarding Workforce Culture and Employee Engagement and would be happy to discuss this with me further?
I am supporting the development and implementation of a Workforce Strategy and one of the areas that we are looking into revolves around Culture and Employee Engagement.
I would be particularly interested in hearing from people regarding their own Workforce Strategies to find out more about:
1. best practice within this area
2. your strategic priorities and how these have been implemented
3. any challenges faced
4. your successes and lessons learnt
5. anything else you would be happy to share with me
It doesn't necessarily need to that you have a workforce strategy. Any insights/research into this area would also be gratefully received.
