Sage HR and Sage Payroll

Hello, I work for an organisation County Durham and we use Sage payroll.  HR records are kept on an access database and it has been decided that start to use Sage HR for our recording and monitoring of our HR records.  I have the responsibility for making the changes and for getting the best out of both , with an objective of reducing the inefficiencies and duplication of our current methods and procedures.  Can anyone give me some advice based on their own experiences of running Sage HR  and payroll  together.     Thank you

    We have both, however we were unable to connect both so we are working independently - something to do with our IT systems. We did however, take an export of the information from SAGE payroll and uploaded to SAGE HR when I first start to avoid time consuming data entry.
    It takes me back to the time when we rolled this out, it was time consuming adding the back log of information over the years as SAGE payroll did not hold a lot of the information we wanted to log.
