we are a small company a half of our people work on projects that require travelling. We are giving them TOIL for the extra days but we are having some issues as some people ask for more days and some are more reasonable.
We have general rules:
- Saturday - 1.5 days
- Sunday/bank holiday - 2 days
- evening flight - 0.5 day
- night flight - 1 day
If the night flight is in business class it is considered as no TOIL compensation.
Could you please give me tips or some recommendations on how to handle this as people are still trying to find ways to go around it.
