Measuring D&I in an organisation


I am currently setting up strategies towards improving Diversity and Inclusion across 52 global locations for my organisation. 

I was wondering if anyone has done this and how can I measure the impact of the steps we take towards creating an inclusive work culture. 

Are there any tangible recording methods for this?
