Attracting & Retaining people with long term health conditions (& carers of)


I am working on a project to review and scope a piece of work to attract & retain those people with long term health conditions such as MS and careres of those that do.

In my view this is a gap in being a truly inclusive organisation and we are overlooking a potentially large market - additionally working in Pharma as an industry it seems like something we should be doing but in reality we aren't.

 I would really welcome the opportunity to speak to anyone from organsitions that already have strategies & working practices that support this kind of intiative in the workplace -what works well, how you got there etc??
