Welcome to the CIPD’s Evidence into Practice research programme, launched in collaboration with Westminster Business School. We’re looking to fuse your expertise with research in order to come up with the best available evidence for what programmes, strategies and practices actually work to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
To do this, we’d love to hear your insights and experiences of attempting to drive positive change in your organisation, or organisations you work with. We’re doing this through Crowdoscope, an online ideation platform which aims to illustrate what you think is important by allowing you to rate and comment on other participants’ contributions. Each week, you’ll answer one multiple-choice grouping question, followed by an open-ended discussion question.
We’ll post a new discussion topic each week, from now until July. This week, we’re looking at the challenges you face when attempting to promote D&I at work. Whether you are just beginning or have an integrated D&I strategy, we’d like to hear from you.
