ATS Diversity Monitoring


I am currently looking for a system/software solution in order to incorporate monitoring at recruitment. The current ATS we have has the ability to monitor this however this is only available to US customers?

Any advice on a solution or to hear a similar experience would be much appreciated!

    Thanks for the post and engaging with the community. As the old saying goes, 'if you can't measure it then you can't change it'.

    What ATS are you currently using that only allows for US functionality? There's currently very few tech softwares available for tracking D&I data throughout the recruitment funnel.

    What's the best email to send through some more information on software that has this functionality?
