I've seen lots of posts looking for diversity and inclusion training. In terms of impact however I'd just be interested to know how 'deep' your respective organisations go in really tackling the cultural change required to really address this. Does your training increase awareness but doesn't tackle the ingrained ways of working? I've worked with a number of organisations on this, good, bad and indifferent and just wondered if this was reflective across the broader business community?
