Diversity, inclusion, coronavirus and culture change


It was interesting to see that in the webinar earlier this week on returning to work that diversity and inclusion was included as a priority area. Without a doubt we're all in the same storm but some are on luxury cruise liners, some with a life jacket with a hole in it

I've seen lots of posts looking for diversity and inclusion training. In terms of impact however I'd just be interested to know  how 'deep' your respective organisations go in really tackling the cultural change required to really address this.  Does your training increase awareness but doesn't tackle the ingrained ways of working? I've worked with a number of organisations on this, good, bad and indifferent and just wondered if this was reflective across the broader business community?  Are you looking to change how you work as a result of Covid-19.  Debate ...
