EDI Policy & Non-harassment

Hi All,

My firm currently has an 'Equal Opportunities and Diversity' policy and a separate 'Non-harassment and Bullying' policy.

From looking at ACAS templates etc., it would appear that a typical 'Equality Diversity and Inclusion' policy is perhaps just a slightly modernised amalgamation of the two policies above, although I'm not sure if I have understood that correctly.

I can see that non-harassment and bullying have a place in an inclusion policy, but would you also expect to see a more thorough non-harassment policy separate to EDI?

I would appreciate any comments on this.
