Wimbledon 2018 is around the corner and together with IBM, they've developed an AI learning system which will evaluate the emotions of tennis players, spectator applause and match data to edit highlights and decide how quickly they are available for watching.
It made me wonder, could HR colleagues use the same kind of technology? Perhaps in freeing up time spent interviewing? Could it be a step towards using polygraphs? Would it throw up questions of ethics?
Would HR have any use for this kind of learning technology?
