Hi HR Professionals - When you develop a competency framework, there are 3~4 different types of framework. Wanted to get your view on which type should one go in for. What are the Pros and Cons of each of the types. When do you choose a Role and Function specific type.
Role specific - 5-7 Distinct competencies are identified for each role in a function.
Function specific - A set of competencies are identified for a function. Remain the same across all levels in a function, BAR changes at each level.
Organization specific - Competencies are common across the organization.
