Managing work from home employees in COVID-19 times - participants needed!

Hi!

I am looking to conduct an interview with HR Professionals as part of my research for my thesis in the next two weeks. I need 7 more participants so please if you can spare 30 mins, I would really appreciate it. I am studying to complete a masters in Human Resource Management.

The topics discussed would be based on managing work from home employees in COVID-19 times i.e. employee satisfaction, productivity, employee relationships with teams and management, work/life balance etc. It is important that the WFH arose as a result of COVID-19 and was not in place before then. Hope this makes sense, I am happy to explain further!

    You had a few responses when you requested volunteers a couple of months ago. Good luck on getting a few more.
