Our company is based in 19 countries throughout Europe. We have some of our UK employees travelling to our plant in France for work purposes for a period of 2 weeks. Does anyone have any experience with SIPSI declarations for workers being posted in France.
From the initial research I have conducted on the internet it was my understanding that this declaration is only required for contractors or if the conmpany does not have a base in France. Or is the SIPSI declaration required for all employees? If so, is there a minimum length of time the visit has to be before the declaration applies i.e. if employee is going for a few days for a meeting/training is the SIPSI still required?
Any advice/guidance is greatly appreciated.
