Working in Canada

Good Afternoon,

Not sure if this is the correct forum, however just in case anyone is able to help :)

We are looking to start up a business in Canada, however to do so in Alberta we need to have a resident to be director.  We have an employee we will head up this business relocating over from UK therefore can complete this process.

I wondered if anyone had experience in the Canadian visa process and does the company need to be set up prior in order to sponsor this employee?

    My best bet would be is for you to employ a legal immigration and commercial expert. Canadian immigration rules and procedures and laws can be very daunting and complex.
